4th of July part 2

Saturday we spent back in Mt Morris enjoying the festivities. It was a beautiful day, only about 80 (although also 96% humidity!!) A bit of rain for about 10 minutes, but we took shelter & stayed dry.

The kids did a scavenger hunt, watched The Magical Mr B’s show, got balloon animals, watched the watermelon eating contest & then 5 of the kids participated in the bed races & won the kids division (only 2 seconds behind the winning adult team!) I took a video (just over a minute long) of the race, but I’m having trouble uploading it. I’ll see if so can get it done. 🙂
