Doing What We Can To Stay Healthy
Isn’t this a cute little jar? I got it from my Grandma’s house. I love using it knowing that she used it before me. ❤😍
Taking Vitamin C, Vitamin D, Elderberry Syrup, Echinacea, limiting sugar, washing hands well. Some of these we have already been in the habit of doing & some we are adding in now, but these are the best ways to stay healthy & avoid getting sick. Period. (Ok & avoiding people…even though I’m a homebody & happy to be home for the foreseeable future, it’s always hard to be told you’re not allowed to do stuff & I do miss seeing people!) 😉
It makes me feel good to know that I’m doing all I can to keep our family healthy. And amazing how easy this Elderberry syrup was to make & it’s so good for your immune system!

We disinfect the car steering wheel, door latches, and door knobs in the house too, as well as the faucets on the sinks, etc.
