Update from Xanna

Howdy y’all!

So, I found out that I’m ALLERGIC to practically everything!

Out of everything they tested for, I’m only NOT allergic to Thirteen things! That list includes: broccoli, celery, avocado, coffee, crab, spinach AND SARDINES 🀒 of all things! I DONT LIKE ANY of those things!!!!

(Since going on this diet, I’ve found that steamed broccoli and fresh spinach aren’t so very bad.)

I’ve done extraordinarily well staying on the diet because Mommy has put a lot of effort into making food for me. But at the end of the month I am allowing myself a cheat twenty-four hours and I’ve been making a schedule of foods that I plan to eat!

Friday 9-10 pm: sour cream & onion chips and ice cream

Saturday morning 6 am: fresh homemade pumpkin donuts

10:30-noon lunch: chicken nuggets & french fries and oreos

2 pm snack: pie crust cinnamon rolls with Belgian cookies

5 pm dinner: fresh pancakes thickly slathered with frosting

6-9 pm after dinner snack time: all sorts of leftovers from the day and cake

I’ll probably add things as the end of the month approaches, but this is what I have so far! ☺️ (And of course all this is dependent on Dad & Mom’s approval.)
