Driving home from the grocery store:

Ellie: “Mom! I saw a ‘windy man in the back of a truck!'” (The blow up thing that sits over a blower, and waves around)

Ellie took a drink & started coughing. I asked her if she was OK & she says,

“Yes! It went down the wrong throat!”

Ellie: “I agree. Or rather, I concur!”

(I heard that in a CD!!)

Mike & Lexa’s cat got out of their rooms & we put him back in. He got out a 2nd time & I asked Ellie to see if the other door was cracked. She says, “Yes! That’s how he got out.” Then she proceeded to sing, “Who let the cat out? The door let the cat out!”

Ellie comes in to our room & Dad’s joking. She says, “Dad has all the jokes! You can’t make bad jokes until you’re a Dad!”
