Asparagus
We were blessed with an awesome, already established asparagus patch when we moved into this house. It has been such a blessing! We get excited every Spring when it starts popping up!
The best way to store it is in a glass jar, with about an inch of water, in the fridge.
I put a plastic bag & rubber band over the top of the jar to keep out fridge smells.
Our favorite way to have it is roasted in the oven with olive oil, garlic, salt & parmesan cheese. Yum! (For Lexa & I we just do olive oil & salt & it’s still delectable!) I even love it leftover kn my salad!

Love asparagus!! 😍 We prepare it almost the same way. Instead of the parm, we squeeze some lemon juice on it. So good. We have also grilled it this way too and it is amazing!!
