Avocados

I found HUGE avocados at Woodmans this week & bought a bunch. So we spent a morning prepping & freezing avocado cubes for smoothies & Ellie’s pouches, making avocado pudding & a bunch of guacamole.

Emmalyn & Ellenor helped wash them all
Lizzy helped peel & cut them & she also helped me make the pudding
Keira with a HUGE pit!
Lucas wanted to help also! Such a blessing to have eager helping hands!
4 bags of cut up avocado cubes for smoothies & pouches (edited to add: I should have frozen them on a cookie sheet & then put them in a bag. Unfortunately they all stuck together once frozen)
A huge bowl for guacamole
9 small jars of guac for the freezer & a bowl for lunch 🙂
Pudding
I froze most of the pudding. I’m interested to see what it will be like frozen or semi-frozen
