Celebrating Elizabeth 2023 Edition

Elizabeth is “officially” an adult! 😀 We’re grateful for this daughter of ours…she loves to write & and draw & cook. She loves her siblings & our animals. She has been a 4-H Ambassador this past year & that has stretched her, but hopefully she’ll look back at it with fond memories of the time.

We look forward to seeing what God has in store for your future! We love you!

Grant found her this fun hedgehog planter with some small succulents in it. She loves it ❤️
She had given us a wishlist of some books she wanted to add to her collection…I found a copy of “The Hobbit” that matches her Lord of the Ring set that McKaylee gave her last year
Ellie gave Lizzy her soft blanket (at least for a few nights) 💜
Elizabeth loves lemon…so we gave her a bunch of lemon treats she doesn’t normally get
Lucas gave her a “Would you rather…” riddle 😀

We also managed to pull off a SURPRISE 18th birthday celebration for her! It was so fun & we were able to pull off the surprise! (The same weekend as Lexa’s bridal shower & McKaylee’s wedding…my parents & sister were able to be here that weekend also, so fun!) I didn’t get a picture of her friend Kaitlyn, but she came early (with a fish & fishbowl for her) & went with Lizzy to go pick up pizzas…giving us an opportunity to decorate & the guests to arrive…
