December 2019 Family Funnies

Logan was making a sandwich for Ellenor & I asked him to make it out of a roll instead since they needed to be used. I went & buckled Ellie in her chair & told her that Logan was making her a sandwich. Logan pipes up with, “More like a ‘rollwich’!” 🤣

But wouldn’t that make sandwiches be “breadwiches”? 🤷‍♀️😂

Lucas: “It’s the plum queen & Margipan!” (We had been watching The Nutcracker & talking about marzipan.)

When we were telling the kids about my recent diagnoses, Lucas says “I hope there are a lot of macrophages in you! To capture all the viruses in you!”

(We have some Newton’s Workshop DVDs that are amazing. They teach Science in a fun way & I’m always amazed at what my kids learn watching them – this is a great example!!)
