December 2020 Family Funnies

Ellie loves wearing her Baby Yoda costume…even as pajamas. One night she was asking to wear them, so I put them on her & she says, “My yoda hands! Be kind to my baby Yoda hands! I’m going to sleep with them!”

“I have bad dream. I have bad dream in my back…. ouch! Me ok, though.” (Ellie 2 1/2, as she’s dramatically holding her back) 🤣

Ellie says, “I’m ready AND I’m set!” 😂

Lexa says, “I’m having an ‘earitant’!” (Her ear has been bothering her) 😂

Lizzy says, “Why aren’t humans called yaks? That’s all we do…yak, yak, yak!” 🤣

Ellie: “Mama, I want some dry cots!”

“Do you mean dried apricots?”

E: “Yes, dry cots!”

Not really funny, but cute & worth sharing… 😊 I was sweeping up a mess after Eowyn had gotten into the trash & Ellie comes up to me & says, “I’ll help you! Say, ‘let’s work together!'” I love how kids at this age LOVE to help! She loves to work side by side and we sing this song, “Work together, work, work together. Together we can get the job done!” (From a favorite movie)

Ellie loves to blow raspberries. She’ll go on & on for long periods of time. One day during Bible time, I told her it wasn’t time to blow raspberries. She says, “No blowing blueberries?” 😁
