Dirty diapers

Ellenor is so fun these days. She is very vocal & talks a lot. Lately when I ask her if she’s poopy (because I can tell!), she says, “No, I good”

It always makes me laugh, because she obviously is dirty but why she doesn’t want to be changed boggles my mind. Who wants to sit in their own filth?

Grant & I were talking about the connection between this & our sin. How often do we choose to “sit in our own filth” instead of addressing a particular sin in our life? How often do we say, “No, Lord, I’m good, I don’t need you, don’t need your help…”
