Easy Omelet Idea

When we have some leftover ham, I like to make little baggies of omelet fixings for the freezer.

I buy a bag of frozen peppers & onions and put a mix of about a half cup (total) of ham, peppers & onions in each little baggie. Then I put all the little sandwich baggies in a gallon freezer bag.

Then whenever anyone wants an omelet for breakfast or lunch, you just quickly thaw a baggie, mix up some eggs, add a bit of shredded cheese & it makes a nice omelet.

You could do the same with whatever are your favorite omelet fixings.
