February 2022 Family Funnies

I was up in Rockford running errands & at appointments all day with Lizzy & Lucas. I bought Lucas 3 hotdogs at Costco. (Minus the bun to make it GF). Lucas ate 2 & wanted to save the 3rd. As we’re walking out, he says, “I am one hot dog away from staggering!” 🤣 (he’s glad he saved the 3rd for a mid-afternoon snack!)

Ellie coughed, then said, “I almost throwed up!”

Me “don’t do that”

Ellie “yeah cuz that brings sickness”

“Mama, I drank too much! I’m going to float!!” 😑😅🤦‍♀️🤷‍♀️ (said by the almost 4 year old at 8pm, who guaranteed will now be up in the middle of the night screaming for help…also, can you tell we often say this to her – “don’t drink too much, you’ll float!”)

Emma gave me an amazing back rub. I tell her to lie down & I’ll give her a back rub. Ellie lies down on the bed next to her & says, “I need a back rub, my back is in terrible knots!” Grant tickles her back & she squirms around. He says, “I can’t believe she has any bones the way she squirms around!” 😁🤣

🤪 *SNIFF, SNIFF* “Did you toot?”

“Yes! Or it’s gas!” 🤷‍♀️🤦‍♀️😅

Grant was talking about a car that would be ideal to design one day that would fit all our needs.

Keira pipes in with, “What about the…uh..linguini car? You know, the really long one that you’re always talking about wanting?!!” 🤣
