Feeling Uninspired…Meal Ideas Please?
I’m feeling terribly uninspired & need some help with meal ideas, please?!?
I can pretty much only eat most meats, most fruits & most veggies. I can eat quinoa and have some quinoa flour & banana flour, but that’s all.
It’s too complicated to list everything, but no dairy, nuts, fish, or grains. So most GF flour options I can’t have either as I can’t do almond or coconut.
So….fun, huh? 😏 Anyone have any mostly plant based recipes they love? Bonus if they’re easy! 😉 I found a cauliflower “alfredo” sauce recipe I want to try when I have the time & energy & some zucchini noodles in the freezer I thought I could pair with it. Other than that my mind is just blank….
