How Am I Doing?
“How am I doing?”
That is a very hard question to answer. I appreciate the fact that people are checking with me and wondering how I’m doing (Please, don’t stop!) But, it isn’t always an easy question to answer. 🙂
Here is the short answer – I am doing well. Please do not misunderstand, I am not getting better yet. However, I have purposed and chosen to be doing well, & I am! Attitude makes such a huge difference!
Just to clarify, I will say that I am doing better, at which time I start to notice improvements or changes. 🙂 I do not expect that before we start treatment, but I am so, so thankful for everyone’s prayers. I feel each and every one of them. Thank you!
God has given me such an amazing peace and joy, like I have never felt before in my life. And because of that, I am able to say I AM WELL! It is well with my soul.
I fully, fully believe that God absolutely COULD cure me if He so chooses, but, since He has not done so at this time, I have complete faith that what I am going through is a part of His perfect plan. And that gives me peace and joy. I just can’t wait to tell and share everything that God has been teaching me already. I am so weak, but that’s exactly where He wants me to be. So that he can shape and mold me and make me to be the person that He wants me to be!! That is my heart’s cry. Lord, please use this for your glory!
Last night as I lay awake for hours, praying & thinking, God brought this song to mind. It was just what I needed! It’s a song I remember singing at Grace Baptist Church in Laramie when I was very young. I could remember all the words!! That in & of itself is a small miracle. 😂 I just couldn’t get the song out of my head, & apparently my legs felt like dancing, too 🤣😂 (restless leg syndrome). I have a very gracious & longsuffering husband! 🥰

These words really spoke to me. Yes!! It is so true! My happiness is in the Lord! REAL JOY is mine! NO MATTER if the teardrops start…
I just can’t shake the feeling that I am in this season for a purpose! I am burdened (in a good way!!) with a special project I’m working on. I would love to have a few women to join me in prayer – that I would use my time wisely, that I would have a CLEAR mind & more….
