July 2022 Family Pictures Part 1

Ellie is so funny…one day she says, “I’m all packed for Family Camp!” She packed one winter glove, one sleeveless dress & a few misc items 🀣 (Can you tell we’re excited!!! 😍 It isn’t for another 6 or so weeks, though)
Keira’s first attempt @ microwave peanut brittle…it didn’t work out so well… but that’s ok, it’s a learning & growing thing…she needed to pick a recipe to make & write some notes about to submit with a baking project for 4H.
Lucas & Dewdrop
Ellie asked if she could jump in the puddles one morning after we got a lot of rain. Keira & Emma thought that would be fun also ❀️
Sweet sister cuddles during Bible time πŸ’• Lizzy & Ellenor
Emma picked this beautiful water lily for me. πŸ’œ
This picture is from 12 years ago (July 2010)… I just love it & wanted to share. πŸ˜€ His siblings used to call Logan “sticker boy” because he loved putting stickers all over himself. 🀩 I was pregnant with Lucas.

L-R: McKaylee was almost 10, Keira was 18 months, Logan was 3, Lexa was 7 & Lizzy was 5.
Training session between Eowyn & Dewdrop, trying to get them to like each other πŸ˜€

Ellie loves this big wheel that used to be Grant’s when he was little. πŸ’š
A date with Lizzy! ❀️ She often stays home when I take kids to appts in Rockford, so one day when I was the only one with appts, I took her & we had a fun day. Thankful for this time & the special young lady she is. πŸ₯°
Ellie loves her bubbles!
Ellie was so proud of herself, she came out & said, “I did my hair all by myself!!” 🀣
Lizzy has been working hard at renovating the main/guest bathroom. Can’t wait to show you before & after pictures!

(It’s an interior design project for 4H, judging is today!! Pray for them all! They’ve been working hard!)
Ellie: “I’m all set! And I’m wearing my glasses so I don’t shoot my eye out!”
This girl…she makes us all laugh πŸ˜‚
A beautiful monarch butterfly on some milkweed right outside our front dor. I couldn’t get close enough to get a better picture as the risk of having it fly away.
Sweet cuddles (Emma & Dewdrop)
Emma loves this mosaic sticker book Opa & Oma gave her for Christmas. She loves doing it with me on Sundays. ❀️ And, she’s wearing a necklace she crocheted to go with the pendant. She thought about taking it to the 4H Fair, but ended up making an adorable octopus instead.
Date day with my sweet Lucas! ❀️ (This boy & his ketchup! 🀣) We played Phase 10. Grateful for the time.
Ellie was very proud…she rigged up this little “ride” for Dewdrop.
Dewdrop had enough! 🀣
Sweet Ellie wearing the dress I made her πŸ’•
Not the best picture, but I wanted to share it anyhow… we were given a Grant from the LymeLight Foundation to use on treatment for our kid’s tick-borne illnesses. Such a HUGE blessing!! These 2 have the worst symptoms by far, so we’re starting with weekly IV therapy for 10 weeks. They’re troopers!! Not the most fun, but they do a great job to make it as comfortable as possible for them.
Cuddling with my “littlest” girls ❀️
Another great one
Dewdrop in a basket πŸ˜‚
Lexa has been working on painting under the deck – it needs redone every 2-3 years. She’s doing a great job! Keira & Emma helped some also.
