I had a “free” day & needed to run a couple errands…decided last minute that it has been way too long since I’ve taken these girls out on a date, so we made a day of it…lunch @ Flynnie’s before shopping. (Lizzy came along, too (she was sitting on the other side of the table) The first one is better of Emma & I, but this one was so, so cute of Ellie ❤️ Playing some games while waiting for our food (Go Fish is pictured…we also played Old Maid)Go Fish at Flynnie’sAll tuckered out after a long day with no nap & swimming. These moments are some of my favorites. 🥰😍Dewdrop! Our first ever single kitten (her Mom is our long haired calico that we kept from last year’s batch of kitties). Her coloring is so unique – a blue calico. She’s so sweet!😻 And fat. 😅 We really wish we could keep her (& believe me the kids are trying very hard), but she will be looking for a forever home in a few weeks. 😉 First time in the pool this year! The kids found this King snake stuck in some netting & rescued it (we did NOT keep it – although they did sure try!) 😀Lucas with the snake Lexa holding the snake (background you can see Lucas, Ellie & Keira…Ellie’s face is hilarious 😂)King snake. Ellie loves all her siblings & will often go around cuddling with different onesEllie loves the kittens! It was a sad day when they found new homes, but we still always enjoy kittens & it’s worth it. (But very special when they go to people we know so we can still see pictures) 😻Keira cuddling with a kitten Ellie “driving” while we were waiting for PapaLizzy drew this picture of Junior Asparagus (from VeggieTales) for Ellie & Ellie LOVED it…(Ellie loves to go help pick Asparagus from our patch, so I think that added to it). She’s cuddling in bed & says, “Can you please take a picture of me with Junior?”Sweet girl! ❤️ She wanted me to take a video of her singing something. I had braided her hair after a bath. She is growing too fast 😭🥰A pretty peony that the kids colored…split the stem partway up & put one part in the red dye & one part in the blue dye.
