Park Outing

A decade ago, when we had a house full of littles & lived near several parks, we used to go to the park regularly. We also lived in town & had a very small yard.

When Grant & I were gone for a few days this Spring, Xanna & Lizzy took the younger kids to the park. Ellenor talked about the park for weeks after! Every time I put her to bed & she would want to tell me “just one more thing!” it would be about the slide or the swing at the park.

Sadly this summer was so busy, but I took this week off of work & determined to make sure we had a park outing. 😊 It was hot even at 9:30am, but I’m so glad we went! 💜
