Sending Christmas Cards

We are busy working on Christmas Cards. 🙂

We have not always been the best at sending out regular Christmas cards &/or Family Letters. It is important to us, though & so we made a last minute decision this past week to go ahead & get it done. (It’s one of those things that I should have been planning & working on for the past few months, but my brain didn’t really want to do the thinking).

It has been a mad scramble, but we are getting it done with everyone’s help & we are so glad we made the decision to do it.

There is something special about handwritten cards & notes. And sadly, it seems to be a dying art. Yes, we are choosing to send some by email this year, but that still counts, right? We enjoy reading everyone’s cards that we get by email and with the cost of postage these days, we totally get that sending cards can be daunting! We have 100 cards going out in the mail this week. 🙂

We are also busy baking treats for neighbors. I’m glad to have kids who love to bake. 🙂
