Visiting McKaylee

McKaylee moved to Wisconsin last week, about 2 hours away. I went up this week for an afternoon visit. We went to lunch, she showed me around her apartment & building, where she’s working, etc. & even played a game of cribbage. It was special to be able to go see where she’s at so I could picture it when she talks about doing different things. I was thankful for the time with her. 💙 We miss her, but are glad it’s only a couple hours away so we can still visit.

From the entrance of her apartment. Bathroom door on the right, kitchen prep area/fridge/microwave to the left (a shared laundry & small kitchen setup is through the door you see in the top left corner…she shares it with one other young lady).

Through to the right is her bed, desk, living area.
