Celebrating Lizzy 2021 Edition Part 1 – A Birthday Surprise

Lizzy turned 16! (Her “normal” birthday post will come tomorrow)

I wanted to do something special for her birthday so I made arrangements for us to go to Rockford to run errands & told her we could go to lunch. I gave her a couple restaurant options that would be GF/DF. She chose Red Robin.

Little did she know a friend that lives in the Rockford area was going to meet us there! 😀 They don’t get to see each other very often, so it was definitely a welcome surprise!!

Lizzy noticed her friend walking through the restaurant…then she realized they were there for HER!
Keira got to come along since she needed some labs drawn. Ellie was there, too, but I didn’t get a picture of her. She kept drawing pictures & taking them to the other diners. Then she tried repeatedly to go take her “sippy cup” (as she called the cup with a lid & straw) to the kitchen. I think she kept watching the employees bussing the tables & taking anything that was empty, so when she finished hers, she tried to help. 🥰
