Reminiscing About Moving In

It’s been 4 1/2 years since we’ve moved & Grant and I were recently reminiscing about when we moved in.

One of our favorite memories was the first evening, Emma & Lucas spent some time walking from their rooms to our room, “practicing” to find our room in the dark in case they woke up. (They were almost 4 & almost 6)

After a few days or weeks, Grant commented that it felt like a resort & that we were going to get “kicked out” any day. 😊

The beauty, the views, the peacefulness definitely doesn’t get old. I love watching the Sunsets & Sunrises every day.

The property has definitely been a LOT more work than we ever envisioned, but we have learned a lot throughout the journey and are still grateful for it, finding many blessings.
