“Draw with me!” (Week 26)

Hey guys!!! I’m sorry for not posting last week…….I got really busy, and we just decided to wait a week. But I’m back, so let’s go!

So, this is a birthday present I made for a friend of mine! She loves the book series Green Ember (it’s a really good book series…..10/10 recommend it), so I made her a Green Ember “poster.” The rabbit on the left is Picket Longtreader. And the rabbit on the right is Smalden Joveson (or smalls as everyone calls him). The words are a poem/song that is said many, many times over the series….in case it is difficult to understand the way I wrote it…..this is how it goes. My place beside you. My blood for yours. Till the Green Ember rises or the end of the world.

I made a sticker!!! 🥰 I think it looks pretty cute!!!

So, I’ve been messing around with that comic strip I made a while back, and I am currently working on making a new better one (both in format and design) so the top part was me trying to figure out how to draw Logan better…..I was still having some trouble but the wings look pretty good!!!!

The bottom portion is me re-plotting the scenes drawing……all sorts of fun stuff….

I was trying to draw him again…..but from the front angle this time, and I realized I needed to do a “character turnabout sheet” for him like I am doing for Zach ……… I mean…..its not TERRIBLE……..but this isn’t too good either.

Aaaand this is Logan from the front!! It actually looks pretty good!!!! I think I FINALLY figured out how to successfully draw all of his elements without everything being too busy. the scales, the fur, the feathers……….and let’s not even discuss the beak, ears, and fins……..or the feet 😑 why are feet so hard 😭 funny thing are his HANDS actually look decent for once 😅


Anyway… that’s it for today……I did do some other drawings, but they are for a video I’m working on, and I don’t want to spoil anything 🤫 I hope everyone has a good rest of their day!!!
