“Draw with me” Week 34

Hey guys!!! Just one drawing for ya’ll today. If you remember, last week I shared Rahshi with you. This is his “mom” he is an orphan. She found him lost and afraid. She took him and raised him………unfortunately, unlike Rahshi she is NOT a shape shifter………so when he turns into his true shape…..no one know what is going on and everyone is very confused……..but thank the Lord for motherly instinct because even though he is now small, and in her eyes, frail…..she still loves him and will protect him at all costs. In the picture above he has just changed……his mom is lifting his head to look at her….. (she is still deciding if this is REALLY her “son” which is why she isn’t stooped down closer to him) but she soon realizes it is in fact, Rahshi.

Anyway………..you may notice it looks a little wierd…..funny story, I drew his mom and then couldn’t figure out Rahshi’s pose ……. I was having a hard time with it so I decided to draw it on a separate page to figure it out, and then move it over to the correct one after…….needless to say……. that didn’t work…….I couldn’t shrink it and still keep the proportions right…..SO I cut and pasted it instead………. it worked surprisingly well!!!! But it does look kinda funny……

One more thing…….a few weeks ago I said I was working on a multi drawing project that I was waiting to finish before sharing……and, I said it would be done in the next week or so…….. well, I have developed artists block on it and am having a hard time finishing it 😭 so I’m putting it on hold for now……but I WILL finish it, and when I do I will share it most expediently.
