“Draw with Me” Week 47

Hey guys!!! This is the LAST draw with me post of the year 2023 😃 it’s been a while. And looking back I missed posting on quite a few weeks 👀 I am planning to keep doing this though so I’ll try to do better 😅

So! Since I’m planning to continue this. I’d like to offer once again to anyone who’s interested. If you want to send in art to me, I can include you into my weekly posts 😄 if you email me at

Just include your art. Whatever name you want me to use with it (for instance, if I were to do this I’d use my tentative “pen name” Nova.) I wasn’t expecting to have much to show you guys today…..but I kinda had an artistic explosion and so have a LOT to show you 😆 so let’s get into it!

First off. Here’s Aando again, I tried drawing him in Flipaclip, so he looks kinda…..wierd……..I’m still getting the hang of digital art 😅

Moving on, we have Vozan! I’m not sure I’ve drawn him this year……….so here’s a bit of an explanation. Vozan is Aando’s father figure/mentor. Aando calls him Greybeard as a joke after his beard and hair started going grey. (I apologize for the poor quality of the details in the photo…..its kinda hard to capture everything in a picture 😭) I had to modify the hood of his cloak so his horns could go through which was…..interesting……..I eventually settled on a form of velcro 😅 I actually think it gives it a nice touch and gives it more form 🤔 anyway, in the drawing you saw of Aando last week you couldn’t see his horns because they are still to tiny to need a hole in the hood 🤭

And next we have Aando again! And again, I apologize that you can’t see all the details 😭 my friend didn’t believe me when I told her that it looks better in person…..but when I showed it to her she agreed that it’s definitely a whole TON better in real life which kinda makes me sad I can’t share it with you 😢 but I still think it turned out decently at least…..his left arm looks wierd 😒 (the one on your right) but other than that and the hard time I had with the legs/feet…..I think it turned out rather well!!!! His eyes were originally more normal looking, but then Keira pointed out that in this scene (its a scene from my book) he had just been drinking a TON of coffee……which would mean his eyes would probably be dilated from the caffeine 😃 I honestly hadn’t even considered it and I’m very grateful she did because I think it really added a lot 😆

And now we have Kor! Aando’s “Little Brother” they are actually about the same age but Kor hasn’t gotten a growth spurt yet……i apologize for how wierd it looks 😭 I was trying to add a water patern to his skin and it turned out TERRIBLE so I tried to fix it with the settings in my camera…..it added an insane blue glow sorta thing….and im really bummed about it because he had looked so GOOD before I did it….like……I was pretty much cooing over how adorable he looked. I wish I had taken a picture before i messed with it 🥲He’s the first person I’ve ever tried drawing from a birds eye prospective and he actually turned out quite well……pose wise…….annnny way…….moving on.

These are blueprint/schematic…..things…….for Aando’s “pet” droid. Octavious. Octavious is a VERY primitive droid created by Aando’s father, who was an inventor/engineer. The world/time Aando lives in isn’t advanced enough for flight. They do have some sort of vehicle I haven’t quite decided on a design for yet. But sorta in the form of onesie twosie motor bikes. So for Aando to have an actual moving thinking droid…….its kinda strange to everyone. So usually, he just hangs out aboard Aando’s ship. If you can actually read my quick scribbles 😆😅 you may notice the one in the top corner that says he can be used as a table….he CAN be used as a table but it should be noted that he absolutely despises it. And, will only tolerate it if Aando is the one who initiates his table function.

It’s a compilation of all my Inktober art……it’s a long time in coming I know…..sorry about that 😅 I ended up posting it on Christmas because I was kinda sad I hadn’t posted anything in forever and thought it could be a good Christmas gift 🤷‍♀️

I might do a compilation video of all my 2023 art 🤔 but I’m not sure 😅 I’m kinda worried it will be rather embarrassing 👀 if I do one though…….ive been thinking I could either do something similar to my Inktober art. OR there’s this thing called a sketchbook tour where you go through the finished book and kinda explain each drawing 🤷‍♀️ that might be fun……… just do a year of drawing tour…….. and hey! I wouldn’t mind if any of ya’ll have any suggestions either way 😄
