“I am grateful for vocal cords with which most humans communicate, sing, humans, shout & scream.

Communication is essential for survival in large groups.

Singing is more frivolous, but it is also a way to bring a group together; humming is along the same lines as singing, only quieter.

To shout is to be able to communicate over large distances…a lake helps, too.

Screaming is the universal communication for help; I don’t know why, but it is.”
