Gratitude Post 9/29/25

I’m thankful for family time. The tears, the laughter, the memory making & so much more.

I’m thankful for opportunities to visit friends, like Phyllis (pictured below), who is now 86. She has been a dear friend for over 20 years & was at Elizabeth’s birth with me in 2005, when Grant was in Iraq. She is a great example of a Titus 2 woman.

I’m grateful for friends who pray with & for me, who encourage & lift up.

I’m grateful that after 9 months of dealing with nagging shoulder pain, it is finally doing a bit better!

I am grateful that though my Uncle Paul is no longer with us, he is no longer in pain. I’m grateful I was able to see him in July, and I’m grateful to be able to celebrate his life with family & loved ones. Here’s are a few fun pictures of him & me when I was little!

Me on Uncle Paul’s shoulders. He had a great sense of humor & was often teasing & making us laugh
