“I am thankful for the calendar year, otherwise if we had it not, guess what we would all be referred to as young, adult & ancient. Then again, my Mom and Dad get called ancient in their 40’s, so ya know, maybe my logic is flawed or my parents look old to their 22 year old daughter & year old granddaughter.

I am also thankful for heating elements (be they campfires, fires in fireplaces, furnaces, fires, ovens, microwaves, etc.), as the weather turns cold, wet & dreary.”
