September 2020 Family Pictures Part 1
Ellie’s first introduction to the animated Lord of the Rings. She says, “I wike it!”. Then pretty soon she’s says, “I be ‘hoppit'” and she is hopping all over.
The younger 3 & I enjoyed a beautiful afternoon outside before the weather turned (while the older ones were at shooting sports). Luc & Emma roller bladed….

Watching a movie downstairs one evening & Ellie got into the pool stuff – a swim hat & water gun.

Emma was playing with Ellie one day & wanted to color with markers. Emma put some of her clothes on Ellie over Ellie’s dress to protect Ellie’s clothes.

“They are shorts if you’re tall & pants if you’re short! One size fits all!” (A favorite Veggie Tales song!)

Emma turned the shirt right side out…that’s better!
This reminds me of the time I was living in Suriname & playing with my sister….. we both dressed up in a bunch of our parents clothes & looked like marshmallows! “Could I be wearing any more clothes?!?” 😂😉

I LOVE it when my kids help each other with school. Lucas one day decided to teach Ellie her letters. It was adorable. 🥰

Lucas drew this picture during Lexa’s art class one afternoon. The picture is of his stuffed cheetah “Sarah” that McKaylee gave home when he was little (pictured on his shoulder)
Playing The Farming Game…a family favorite (I grew up playing this game at my Grandparents house with so many fond memories, so it’s been fun to teach it to our kids & see them play together is really special) 💙
