Clear Play

We recently got a Clear Play player & service. We have been talking about it for a long time & decided to take the plunge. We have wanted to watch many movies with the kids, like the Marvel movies, but do not appreciate some of the content.

In a nutshell, Clear Play offers filtering software for movies & TV shows. With the Clear Play, you can set different filters & filter out Language, Violence, Disturbing scenes, Blasphemy, Nudity, etc. to varying degrees based on your preference for each category.

The player itself plays DVDS & BLURAYS & it also works with streaming services such as Amazon Prime. They have a very wide range of films, which is awesome.

We watched Spectre (a James Bond movie) this week with the kids & it made him out to be a boy scout (not a hint of womanizing)! Lol

We don’t want to watch movies all the time, & that is a constant struggle, especially being in pain all the time, it’s just easier to watch a movie. However, we do try to find the balance, and we are thankful that this is a way to not have so much filth. We have a game day on Sundays & are starting a Sabbath Dinner on Saturdays (a post on that coming soon), and probably will do Fridays as our Movie Night. We used to read aloud a lot & haven’t much lately, but are getting back into that also as its it’s something we all really enjoy & is very important to us.
