Bacon Wrapped Chicken GF/DF Recipe

This is one of our favorite recipes!

Trim any excess fat as desired & you can cut the boneless, skinless chicken to whatever size you’d like, as long as it’s fairly uniform (it will cook more evenly then & not become dried out/overcooked)

Lay it out in a glass baking dish. You can either sprinkle it with salt now, or after you wrap it with bacon, it doesn’t really matter.

Wrap the chicken pieces with strips of bacon, tucking any ends underneath
Sprinkle salt (unless you already did), brown sugar & whatever seasonings you desire…onion, garlic, paprika…or a blend like we used (see below)
Found this (All American Seasoning & Rub by Pork Barrel BBQ) at Costco & it’s fantastic on this Bacon Wrapped Chicken, but as always with Costco – it might not be there next time. 😀

Bake in a preheated 375° oven for about 20-30 minutes, depending on the size of your chicken pieces.

Don’t overcook, use a thermometer & check at 20 min, adding more time if necessary.
