Weekly Gratitude Post 8/8/22
Todayās Gratitude Post is brought to you byā¦
Me! š
I am thankful for family time. This past week has been slower than the last few months, and Iām so grateful for the time to cuddle my ābabiesā (who are growing up WAY too fast!!) and spend time together.
Iām thankful for time to play games, do puzzles, go swimming, hang out at the Fairgrounds, etcā¦
Iām thankful for the 4H experience. It has added stress & busyness to our summers, especially, but there are so many benefits also, and itās worth it. Every year we think weāll plan better so the next year goes more smoothlyā¦maybe this next year will be better? š š¤©
Iām thankful for the experience for my kids to win, lose, encourage & rejoice with others. So many good experiences & great conversations.
Iām thankful for my familyā¦my husband who listens & encouragesā¦Iām thankful for the life we live together. And grateful that the busy season isnāt permanent so we can enjoy more time together soon. ā¤ļø
Iām thankful for my 8 wonderful children. Some of them are not children anymoreā¦our oldest will be 22 soon! Where has the time gone?? š
Iām thankful for the time we have with them. It goes way too quickly. People tried to warn me about that decades ago & I was so overwhelmed with what was going on at the time to understand. I hope one day Iāll grasp the ability of making the most of each moment.

Iām thankful for this kitten. Seems like a small thingā¦our pets. To some itās huge, to others they donāt necessarily get it. And thatās ok.
I admit I havenāt always cared about having animals. But, seeing how much they mean to our kids, it makes a difference.
Iām grateful for the opportunities weāve had the past 6ish years here, to have animals & nurture the love of them. Yes, this property is overwhelming. Yes, it feels like too much. But, the good that has come from it is appreciated and not lost.
