An Idea to Bless Those Who Serve

An Idea to Bless Those Who Serve

For as long as I can remember, we have tried to give trash men, mail carriers, UPS/FedEx drivers, etc. gifts at Christmas time. And I think that’s great, & important.

However, we also want to encourage our kids to find ways to bless others all the time, not just at Christmas. One thing we do is give out homemade cookies once a quarter or so (a great way to work on 4H cooking projects!)

A new idea we came up with is handing out cards that look something like this:

We also included our name, address & phone number. We are home most of the time, so this works for us. What works for your family may look different.

What about taking a little something to the pharmacist next time you go? Or the Doctor’s office? The library? Fire station, police station?

What are some ways you find to bless others in the service industry?
