Busy Week

I don’t have anything interesting to post about today. 😊 It’s been an incredibly busy week:

*Lexa & my monthly functional medicine Dr appts, which are always good, but overwhelming as well and anytime we drive the hour to Rockford, we always have errands to run as well. A long, draining day. New supplements & medications to order, research, add into our daily piles and reminders.

*An injection for Grant’s back (it has been 5 months, so we are glad to have had this happen, it helps with his lower back & mobility!)

*An ortho appt for Keira (she sprained her wrist 3 weeks ago & it’s still bothering her), then taking Keira & Lucas out on their date for lunch after the appt (again, a good thing. It’s important to us & we make it a priority).

*Getting ready to butcher chickens Friday (our first time!! A lot to do to prep & we aren’t going small! More on that next week.)

*Not to mention all the storm cleanup…having an old orchard means any time it storms, there’s a lot of trees & branches down that need cleaned up before the mowers come.
